Todd F. Sanders has been practicing law in Virginia for over 25 years. He is a former Loudoun County and Fairfax County Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney (prosecutor) and a veteran of over 150 jury trials. Since bringing his knowledge and skill to the aid of the accused, he has handled numerous high-profile felony cases. He also handles the defense of misdemeanors, DWI's, and other traffic related matters. His civil practice concentrates on serious personal injury cases, wrongful death, and estate litigation. He is often consulted by the media for his opinions on complex and unique cases. Since 1999, Mr. Sanders has served as an adjunct professor at George Washington University Law School where he teaches trial advocacy.
