Mary Locklin


Mary Locklin is a Nurse Paralegal with over twenty years in healthcare. Mary acquired a variety of experience including caring for patients in Cardiac, Surgical and Medical Intensive Care Units, recovering post-surgical patients in a Level 1 Trauma Center, assisting surgeons with complex wound dressings inter-operatively, and most recently, working to ensure the consistency of policies and protocols to prevent hospital acquired infections and foster safety among health care personnel.

It is a passion for health promotion and a wealth of health care experience that makes Mary ideal for the critical review of medical charts for our clients.

In addition to reading and participating in 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon races, Mary enjoys spending time and boating with her husband. Mary enjoys spending time with her Boykin Spaniel that regularly accompanies her to the office along with the office mascot Weus, a German Shepherd.

Eldina Dukic

Eldina DukicEldina Dukic has been with the law firm of The Law Offices of Locklin & Coleman, PLLC since 2008 as a legal assistant. Mrs. Dukic is the lead paralegal and assists Mr. Locklin in all litigation cases. She has an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies.

Mrs. Dukic is essential in coordinating Mr. Locklin’s trial schedule, scheduling depositions, meetings, contacting expert witnesses and preparing, assisting, and drafting all legal documents and pleadings. On a personal note, Mrs. Dukic is married with a three year old daughter. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter along with cooking and traveling.

Debbie Robitaille

Debbie RobitailleDebbie Robitaille is Office Manager/Legal Assistant of The Law Offices of Locklin & Coleman, PLLC. Prior to becoming employed with The Law Offices of Locklin & Coleman, PLLC, Mrs. Robitaille had over thirteen years of experience in the insurance industry with extensive training and experience, assisting attorneys with personal injury claims. Mrs. Robitaille is essential in reviewing medical records, contacting healthcare providers, coordinating all non-litigation cases, along with assisting in the management of the phone. Mrs. Robitaille has been with The Law Offices of Locklin & Coleman, PLLC since 2006. On a personal note, Mrs. Robitaille enjoys weekends in the family’s West Virginia cabin and the outdoors.

Grace Oldham

Grace OldhamPrior to her work with Locklin & Coleman, PLLC, Ms. Oldham spent nineteen years working at courthouses in Virginia and Pennsylvania where she assisted with filing and processing legal documents, legal research, and scheduling hearings. Ms. Oldham has an extensive knowledge of the law and legal procedures based on her time working within the court system and assisting attorneys and the public.

Prior to her work with the court system, Ms. Oldham worked as a paralegal for other attorneys in various fields of the law.

Ms. Oldham has a diploma in Paralegal Studies and Business Technology. On a personal note, Ms. Oldham is a mother of four children. She loves spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Ms. Oldham specifically enjoys traveling and going to the beach with her family.

Kristin Fischer

Kristin Fischer 2018 smallKristin has been with us since 2013 as a front desk receptionist. She is currently finishing up her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies at Northern Virginia Community College. She hopes to continue her education at George Mason University and obtain her Bachelor’s Degree. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending her free time with family and her dog.
