About two years ago, I had an accident and ended up with Issues with my cervical vertebrae. My car was complete loss and the insurance company was offering much less than the car was worth. Surgery is one option but I was advised against it. I have been getting steroid shots in my neck every few months and probably for the rest of my life. They took their time to make sure we get proper treatment. Hi, I'm doing this review for my mother, Sunhild Bolander, who isn't techy.She was in an automobile accident in 2024. Her boyfriend was driving her car, they were not at fault. They reached out to the Law Offices of Locklin & Coleman to attempt to recover their losses (car was totalled, all 3 in mom's car had injuries, thankfully none life threatening). Her attorney made the process easy and kept in contact with all 3, letting them know what to expect (appointments, paperwork, etc). Once all 3 were medically cleared, they each went to settlement. While you are never made whole again and can never truly be reimbursed for the pain and stress, her attorney did a good job and was able to get her some compensation for her losses. We can recommend them should you be in the same position.

Compassionate and competent.I was involved in an accident 11/15. I had an attorney who, I later found out, did almost nothing but put me off with words and phone tag.June 2017 I finally got frustrated and called the VA Bar Assoc only to find out he DIED! Seems his secretary LEFT, didn't inform any clients. I had to wait for the parish to appoint an attorney to get my records and find another attorney when I had only until 11 2017 before I had no legal recourse but 10+ THOUSAND in medical bills from the accident.I stumbled on Brian Coleman's law firm and he made the appointment. I had my entire file and explained the situation. How dire it was and the time crunch I was on due to Va's laws.Brian asked to look over paperwork and decide. About a week later he called and said he felt horrible how I was taken advantage of and left in the lurch. He was taking my case but STRONGLY informed me there may be very little he could do but he will try his best with the mess I was leaving with him.Shoot forward to October 2017....he managed to not only get a settlement, but had most of my bills cut by at least 20% and even cut HIS fees in half to help me out. I received a small payment and the case closed before the statute of limitation in Va.He was compassionate, understanding, calming and most importantly direct and honest. He explained the legal situation in detail in laymen's terms so I could understand, he accepted my phone calls and reassured me when the collection letters were coming in fast and furious and terrifying me; and he answered emails quickly and reassuringly.I would and have recommended him to others who've had vehicle accidents.
